Richard Hargreaves

As Chairman of the Company and an investor, Richard brings to the Board a wealth of experience as a non-executive director and developing growth companies.
Richard has invested in and advised smaller unquoted companies since 1973. He is an ex-chairman of the BVCA.
He was at 3i plc for nearly ten years before founding Baronsmead plc. This company was sold to Friends Ivory & Sime plc in 1995 after which he ran all their unquoted activities totalling funds of £180m. He then co-founded Classic Fund Management Limited which was sold in 2004 prior to the launch of Endeavour Ventures where he is managing partner.
In the last few years Richard has become an active business angel. He is an experienced non-executive director of both quoted and unquoted companies.
Tony Stockman

Tony is experienced in starting, leading and developing innovative technology businesses involved in the design, development and production of industrial products in national and global telecoms, bio-science, automotive and packaging markets. He created Suffolk's first and only innovation centre, a £2.5m project, supporting 30 technology based businesses. He has also worked on a consultancy basis in the public sector on projects to support entrepreneurship, innovation and provision of broadband. Tony's other current roles comprise chairman of Framlingham Technology Centre Ltd, director of FramBroadband Ltd, board member of the Suffolk Development Agency and East of England International.
Paul Ekpenyong

Paul is a highly experienced sales and business development manager with a successful track
record in developing and maintaining profitable customer relationships with blue chip companies
in the telecoms and electronics industries. He has extensive experience of the complete sales and
implementation process and after-sales account management, both in Europe and also in the USA where
he worked for 5 years until joining Miniflex. Additionally, Paul has significant top level management
expertise from his role as General Manager of C-MAC MicroTechnology and Export Marketing Manager
of Nortel Europe.
Mark Ledger

Mark is an experienced certified accountant, having worked in nine different industries in the last 14 years.
Prior to that time, Mark worked in the accountancy profession before moving into the commercial sector. Mark is
experienced in take-overs, mergers, managing change in expanding organisations, implementation of MIS from scratch
or upgrades, preparation of Business Plans and financial models. Additionally, Mark has taken the roles of Managing
Director, Director and Company Secretary in many of the aforementioned businesses, including activity in strategic
development and complete management of the work force.
Peter Jenkins

Peter's thirst for solving problems through innovation has led to over 50 patents being registered
during his long career at BT where he was Head of Optical Cables, Plant and Practices. Peter has
since had a similar number registered for Miniflex which he formed jointly with Tony Stockman.
His experience ranges from generating highly innovative solutions to technical problems in the
infrastructure, to developing and implementing planning rules within the organisation, writing and
presenting technical papers to the industry and contributing to international standards bodies. Peter
is practised in working with global blue chip telecoms/datacoms companies and is internationally
recognised as a leader in the field of fibre optics.
Nick Haimendorf

Nick Haimendorf originally trained as an engineer, before becoming a Chartered Accountant. After spending 15 years in the profession with Touche Ross (now Deloittes) he transferred to the commercial world as a Finance Director, first as UK Group Finance Director of a Pharmaceutical company and after that for a Computer Services company. Subsequently he became a consultant specialising in software implementations and start-up companies and is currently a direct investor in several companies in various stages of growth and a director of some of them.
